This Monster Cake (that I lovingly call “Moppy”) is a great way to display cake pops. This works for birthday parties or Halloween (which, have I mentioned I can’t wait for!?) I first got this idea after looking through the Bakerella site. One of the readers sent in a cake that had cake pop eyeballs, and I instantly loved the idea.
