Marshmallow Frosting

I love marshmallows and I love frosting, it's the perfect union!  I always double this recipe.  Doubled, it barely fits in a regular size Kitchenaid, but you can always refrigerate for a few weeks.  This is a truly easy recipe that's delicious with cake, cupcakes, or on its own with fruit.  Tell me how you made this and what you used it for (in the comment section).

3 jars of 7 oz Marshmallow Creme (such as jetpuff)

4 sticks of unsalted butter (1 lb.)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt

16 oz powdered sugar

1.  Cream the butter (at room temperature), mixing it until it's fluffy with few lumps.

2.  Mix in the vanilla and salt.

3.  Mix in the 3 jars of marshmallow cream.

4.  Finally, mix in the powdered sugar and enjoy!
